PRODUCT INFORMATION

The nut is removed from the shell, peeled and cut open to let the water out. It is then thoroughly rinsed in fresh water to remove the invert sugar from the inside surface of the nut. The nut is then cut into the desired size: medium or fine grate. After shredding, it is bleached by means of steam and dried with warm air.
